Peluvara is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and VURAL COMMERCE LLC, doing business as Peluvara.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Peluvara, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased from Peluvara.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions made with Peluvara, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
